Yr of experience: 3-5 yrs
Rate: $34/Hr on C2C
Interview Type: In-person required
Position: Junior

The experienced Tester manages, plans, constructs, and executes tests and integrates with release control process.  Testers have or gain significant business application knowledge.

Years of Relevant Experience: Less than 2 years
Preferred Education: 4 year college degree or equivalent technical study

Role Description:

·        Creates test models for product test and release control (plans, data, and scripts).

·        Conducts structured walk-throughs

·        Executes assembly or product tests.

·        Meets time estimates for assigned tasks.

·        Communicates accurate and useful status updates.

·        Follows quality standards.

·        Ability to work in a team environment

·        Completes assigned tasks.

·        Develops contingency plans as needed

·        Strong communication skills; both written and spoken

 

Skill Required:

·         Knowledge of computerized applications used in accounting systems. Required 6 Months

·         Knowledge of various accounting systems and controls. Required 6 Months

·         Knowledge of File Data Format and noticing design tools. Required 6 Months

·         Knowledge of collaboration suite tools. Required 6 Months

·         Knowledge of database management systems. Required 6 Months

·         Ability to develop and maintain automated regression and performance test scripts geared to improve testing speed, repeatability. Required 6 Months

·         Ability to analyze, evaluate and report system deficiences found during periodic reviews of system security, including ACH Debit/Credit, credit card Required 6 Months

·         Ability to assist in the management and improvement of test quality assurance team processes.  Required 6 Months

·         Ability to anticipate and resolve issues dealing with software quality. Required

·         Experience with Selenium Required 3 Years

·         HP Performance Center/Loadrunner Required 3 Years
