7 to 10 years of experience developing J2EE applications in a structured environment
Experience in an object-oriented environment using Java, J2EE required
Experience with Struts, Hibernate, Spring
Experience with WebLogic
Experience with programmatic interaction with Oracle database required
Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain software solutions in an agile J2EE development environment.
Demonstrated strong abilities in Onshore/Offshore coordination role in distributed development.
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral, to different levels of technical and non-technical audiences
Knowledge of Agile Software and Test Driven Development methodologies.
Experience developing scalable, high-availability applications
