Job Title: SAP GTS.
Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ.
Duration: 9+ Months.
Required skills:
At least 3-4 years of experience in the SAP GTS and logistics modules, with minimum 2 years experience in SAP GTS.
SAP Compliance Management, including License Control, Embargo and Sanctioned Party List Screening
SAP Customs Management , including Transit, Customs Procedures and Communication and Reporting, Legal control check.
SAP Risk management
Foreign Trade (Imports and Exports)
Good understanding of the supply chain management processes
Team player with strong communication skills
Experience working in an ITIL environment / ITIL V3 Certified preferred
Strong analytical skills.
Sound judgment and tact.
Ability to work effectively with clients, management, and its staff members.
Life Science/Pharmaceutical experience preferred.
Individual will be responsible for providing support and leadership for large SAP production instance post implementation requiring 24/7 support on high priority incidents
A proven ability to develop positive working relationships in a distributed team, experience collaborating with offshore team members is valued.
Accountable for meeting stringent service level agreements
Ability to work and communicate directly with customers to ensure that expectations are being met
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
