Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Six months to 8 months years of experience in US based recruitment.
Involved in full cycle of technical recruitment like sourcing, screening, and interviewing, formatting and placing candidates in contract, contract-to-hire and permanent positions.
Strong negotiation skill is a must
Extensive worked on different portals such as Dice, Monster, etc
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
Excellent working knowledge with various IT technologies.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, excellent attitude towards teamwork and common goals achievement.
Must have an excellent database of your own.
Good relations with the vendors are required.
Should also be good in bench marketing
Checking with the consultant if he/she is comfortable with the job description.
Try to get the best lowest rate from the consultants
Submitting the candidate with all the details… references, SSN, rate, visa status etc.
Worked on different tax terms like Corp 2 Corp, 1099, W2.
Must be able to work on multi request .
Good work experience in H1B visa process.
