We are looking for 2 MS Access VBA resources to work for TCS, Minneapolis. One would be Team Lead (5+ yrs experience) and another is a Developer. These positions are for immediate placement. Please find the below job details and let us know if you need more details.

Job Title	:	MS Access VBA developer
Relevant Experience (yrs)	:	4+ Years exp. In VBA development
Technical/Functional Skills	:	Some Finance Functional Background preferred. Excellent communication, coordination and team player skills required Good verbal and written communications skills are a must.
Experience Required		Must have good experience as an Access VBA Development Must have worked in MS Access Project based application development and should understand basic Finance jargons.
Roles & Responsibilities	:	MS Access application development & testing Work with business clients to understand Functional Requirements. Should be able to engage client in functional discussion in case of ambiguity of requirements. Should be able to create LLD documents from Functional requirements. Engage offshore team in Construction Effort. Quality assurance for offshore deliverables. Technical support for test scripts execution. Understand Client’s code/package deployment process & deploy code to production environment. Technical support during Warranty phase (1month after deployment based on complexity).
Generic Managerial Skills	:	Communication with different teams and problem solving skills. Team managing skills with leadership qualities sought.
Education	:	Bachelor of Engineering; Masters degree preferred.
Work Location	:	Minneapolis, MN.
Duration	:	28^th Oct to Jan’11 End (likely to be extended for a month)
