d.      Planning support to own operational processes (Change, Intake, Release, Demand, Vendor Management etc.,)

a.       5 -6 years of experience working in the position of a business analyst

b.      Role involves working with Development teams to identify monitoring requirements across support infrastructure

c.       Work with the engineers to set up the required monitors and verify that it is setup right

e.      Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota

f.        No of open positions: One

 

3.        Systems Engineer

a.       6+ years of experience working as a Unix Admin

b.      Proficiency and experience in Perl, Shell Scripts

c.       Primary role would involve is setting up monitors with above technologies across support infrastructure after receiving specifications from the Business Analyst

d.      Start date: Nov 1st

e.      Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota
