1.       NHibernate

2.       Adobe Flex Framework

3.       jQuery

4.       AJAX

5.       MVP/MVC3 pattern

6.       CSS

·         Basic Requirements:

1.       Microsoft Visual Studio 2008/2010

2.       Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0

3.       Common Language Runtime

4.       ADO.NET

5.       ASP.NET

6.       LINQ

7.       Unit Testing:

§  MSTest, NUnit

§  Mocking Framework (i.e.: MOQ)

8.       Experience with Peer reviews

9.       Familiarity Agile [Scrum and XP Engineering Practices]

10.   Familiarity with Continuous Integration

11.   Familiarity with Test Driven Development (TDD)

12.   Good communication skills

13.   Ability to collaborate in a team

14.   Someone who takes initiative instead of waiting for work to be assigned.

15.   Someone who participates in discussions and who isn't afraid to have and state opinions.

·         Nice to have:

1.       Familiarity with the Healthcare Industry is a plus
