 Healthcare Payer BA to join our team in Minneapolis, MN

 

Consultant will work with various business process work areas, such as claims, benefits, membership, health management, to develop a Business Process toolkit (SIPOC, Swim Lanes, process workflows and user stories). Consultant will be the primary developer of user stories and gather requirements from client SMEs; consultant will oversee development of user stories into test cases and application configuration, supporting testing effort to ensure functionality is represented in the application.
