Detailed Job Description:

 

The member should:

•       Be hands on and comfortable with java, Hadoop client, Hadoop ecosystem, hive, Unix and python scripting.

•       Have experience in directly interacting with client.

Be able to get requirements from client in a well scoped and mutually understood manner.

•       Be able to interact with Apple GBI application onsite leads and reach conclusions on any technical solution.

•       Be able to coordinate with multiple teams to deliver any CR that impacts all applications from a Hadoop or ETL framework perspective.

•       Drive the client requirements with help of offshore team and in coordination with application anchors.

•       Improve Operations effectiveness by executing automation ideas either on his or her own or as sought from other teams or as per requirements.
